A client side patch means getting a dbc editor and an mpq editor and editing the dbc files in your server's dbc data folder and packing the edited dbc's into an mpq and putting that mpq in your client data folder

I don't think a recompile is necessary for changes to dbc to affect the server though, I think changes take effect just by a restart

there is a program called trinity creator that says its compatible with acore, does this work to bypass this or does it only achieve the same thing keira3 does?

Whatever it does, there is no bypass to chaning dbc files. If it's required, you need it for every client. No exeptions.
