Bro, when I got that issue I needed to reinstall MySQL. Some of the things I needed to have installed I didn't have installed. Once I was finished reinstalling and ran the script I was back on track. Make sure that you did a full install of MySQL... <@!345750574437761035> and <@!836172913492099092> were the ones who helped me fix the issue.
