Yes, your link is 100% right, but I'm just saying that instead of moving entire tables over if you all you want is some additions/changes then it's easier to use INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE

That's why it's common practice to make SQL-files instead of modifying the tables manually, in case of things like this or even if the database for some reason was lost :p
