hmm i seem to make a general mistake. i was assuming that the MenuId in gossip_menu_option must be the same as in gossip_menu to make the options appear as clickable

but i found other NPCs which have a `gossip_menu_id` in their template and the matching in `gossip_menu` but there is no entry for that `Menu_ID` in `gossip_menu_action` at all. Still they have a gossip clickable
