thanks, I'll give a hit with installation. AFAIR I had problems with libmysqlclient-dev and tried to use libmariadbclient-dev instead.

The dll should not be named that... Should just be libmysql.dll and need to be the exact version of your MySQL install or whatever version Maria uses for MySQL
