I understand repack as a drag and drop Folder and want to start it from any pc i want. Thats why i wanna mobilize the whole MySQL Server.

Ah alright, so you want to create your own repack basically. Sadly I can't really help you with how to do that with the SQL server, but I would recommend you google like "Portable MySQL server" or something like that and see if you can find something from that to replace the server used in the installation-guide
