all subsequent updates in the sql file assume that the previous applied correctly, but since this one has a potential error in the date, none of the subsequent updates apply either

Just tested, making the changes i discussed above fixes the problem of recent updates not applying

**TL;DR:** one of the update queries in the world_update.sql has an incorrect date on it which is blocking all following updates from executing
