how is that relevant compared to "most" ? there is few hundreds of modules made by maybe 100 ppl and AC is used by thousands

Yes, the modules are still distributed so things are obviously distributed.

they wont distribute their "no xp from bgs" so they dont need to do it in module but its still recommended bcs otherwise they would need to use git and fork and branches and be aware of what they are doing

If you add it to a module and share it with people, you're distributing "no xp from bgs". You're not making much sense.
