That what occurs? As I said, I don't understand the issue. What I could grasp is "I wanted to try reinstalling or make a fresh world database" and that's what I could respond to.

i mean the difference on npc level, and deposit on AH. Worldserver has the same setting

The level of a creature would be fetched from creature_template, so unless there's a module changing it it has to be different in the table.

The deposit thing, I don't know. I didn't even know there was an option for it in worldserver.conf until just now.
