If it hasn't been updated in some time then I haven't had issues with it. Been a few months since I leveled a DK but last time I did (maybe 4-5 months ago, or slightly less) it worked fine all the way through.

Yes I had them both equipped, i think i killed around 100 mobs and nothing happened

i rechecked the DB stuff too it seemed all fine

also u cant just "kill them" u need to auto attack since its trigger on that not on spells
