[Contabo](<https://contabo.com/en/vps/>) has very competitive prices. They might not be the best in terms of performance but for ~5 people it should be more than enough
You can even host a server on a Raspberry Pi if one of you has one handy

make sure to disable `PreloadAllNonInstancedMapGrids` in the worldserver config, otherwise it probably won't start because of the lack of RAM

There are too many factors to determine what is and what isn't enough RAM. 4 GB could work if there aren't many players, or if restarts are done frequently enough (not several times a day, so don't get your panties in a bunch)
