Well don't use rebuild (if the option is available), use build instead as it only compiles what's changed. The time to run the CMake steps (configure/generate) is when you add/remove files. So all you'd need to do is add all the modules into the folder, run the CMake steps, then build in Visual Studio

Depending on the module, you may need to manually run the SQL queries provided with it, but hopefully most if not all should be automated
