Client addons generally don't have anything to do with the server, and they go in `interface/addons`, but you probably need to make sure it's a 3.3.5a addon, assuming you're using a 3.3.5a client.

Also make sure your folder structure is correct, i.e. folder name matches what is said in the .toc file inside of it (and make sure the .toc file is at the top folder of the addon, not within a subfolder)

It's gotta be like this (pay attention to the bit at the top), it can't be like `Interface/AddOns/Atlas-master/Atlas/Atlas.toc`, I know if you get it from Github sometimes it can do that sort of thing
