absolute majority is in DB i never saw it in code to be honest but i wouldnt be surprised if there is some

in keira u can see it easily just open creature i checked ragnaros and there is its own loot and then 6 reference_loot_template groups

Seconded. Definatly in the db, dont remember which one iff hand but i was in it not to long ago to up drop rates of all the legendaries
