It only checks for changed SQL files. If there are any, it'll run them, and if there aren't it won't.

Copy what you want to use. I don't know what some of the SQL files do in the base folder, like this one: https://github.com/ZhengPeiRu21/mod-indi...leanup.sql

I guess everything in that folder is fine to copy. That's just a guess though.
