The only time it would fail is if there are conflicts, the update is trying to change files you've changed. You haven't changed any.

Not all of them I would say but yeah. You also don't have to run cmake **or** compile when it's SQL-related changes.

SQL changes you can essentially make 'on the fly' because it doesn't impact the CODE. It impacts the DATA (stored in the database).
