to be honest i dont actually know what is ur issue all that i noticed is that u were asking what are those files marked as changes about but u did that urself so im not quite getting that question....nevertheless if u place any file in that folder it will be ran automatically if u dont want it to happen or u dont want it in that specific place then remove it from there

i wnated to install solo-lfg module, and i went into GitHub desktop, where i noticed those errors, and i thought it means that the repository azerothcore-wotlk-with-npcbots had been updated, that why i asked how to do it right

then people told me it is the other way around, that i did some manual change, and the app does not recognize and just points me out on this

then i asked what does that mean for me? did i break the game? , and then i have not received any constructed answer besides that i need to "undo" or "start over" without any elboration
