are mana costs somehow race specific? my tauren warlock doesnt spend any mana on anything

kinda lame thah limiting the item to aa class hide it in the vendor but dosent in the loot table

ya, had to remove class restriction on all of aq and nax40 gear so i could make a vendor for them(to buy the gear for bots and such)
