i did make it usable for the calss but it still drops for everyone

You basically have all of the possible drops in a list along with %'s. And it will select from that list.

You could possibly make it a quest item instead and have the mob drop a generic 'quest' item. Then you could, eventually, make it so that each class could turn it in for different rewards based upon the quest.

It does support race/class/faction requirements, think of items like Battered Hilt
