The only strange thing I see frequently is rubber banding. Dismounting while moving can cause rubber banding for others seeing you. With 15 characters it's very common for me to see 3 or more running fast and then lagging back constantly until mounting again.

Well, if one takes action in the same spot, consistency is to be expected. It should be reported.

maybe it would be worth it to ask if u are using latest version of AC or u are like 2 or more weeks old

Yep I'm having the same issue. There is a PR in progress that will hopefully fix this
