Duplicate each of them and remove .dist from the copy, then edit that one

Things like quest texts and chat from creatures is stored in the core's database.

If you want them in a different language, you need to add the translations. English is a fallback for missing texts.

from what i had noticed - eglish texts are perfectly fine, then i changed in game option to russian and i started a new character. i noticed at the very first dialogue that the npc mentioned deathwing, i had similiar problem 2 years ago ( and we didnt find a solution ) , i also notice that some of the dialogues are completly in english and some in russian ( that is considering the game set to russian )
