u cant update dbc but there could have been _dbc table update

how/where can i download the latest dbc? the install wiki only has data folder vmaps etc

if u got ur changes in files not just in db u could also drop that db and let it recreate otherwise u will need to somehow debug it

this eats up like 4 minutes of my server launch time, am i going to have to manually fix/adjust 30,000 quests?
