I think I found a bug with the `Blending In` quest in Borean Tundra. I've managed to level up while wearing the `Imbued Scourge Shroud` (from exploring) and its effect is gone permanently.

If you've been able to run around with it all over the place the effect being gone isn't the biggest issue. It should only be effective, as the description says, *in the Temple City of En'kilah*.

The temple contains at least 3 different zones that can be discovered (yielding experience). One for each spire that you need to scout for that quest.

It happened when I reached the 3rd spire. I levelled up, and lost the effect permanently.
