it's definitely happening everywhere. I'd say every 10th mob in almost every zone will do some weird clipping. Every dungeon will also have random mobs doing the same. Attacking me from the floor, etc.

that's why i was wondering if the world db has any mob information on positioning that would possibly be corrupted

if this is not some recent bug then its definitely something about ur setup and if db is only common point then its that
