That's hard to say without knowing what you've done to the server. I signed a charter 3 days ago so unless it has been broken since then it's probably on your end.

i just compiled a clean build with playerbots, everything its working good

but i noticed that bots are not using guilds and i try to create one with my friends, but they cant sign my chart
