Also, since I need to leave my PC for a while soon I should point out that that public IP (the one you input into the port checker) is what is used to connect to your wow server. Don't give your local IPv4 to others. Since your router supports loopback, you can use the same public IP and not your IPv4 if you choose to.

The public IP is also what you set the address field in the realmlist table to.
