Just want to ask this and get it out of the way before I follow this step by step guide on setting up the offline server. Most private servers require port-forwarding to set up, this is not an option for me because I hotspot off an iphone. So is that a requirement with this particular guide?

I use university WIFI so I do not have direct access to the gateways to forward any ports, so I get around this by using WireGuard to tunnel into my local computer using a protected cloud server hosted on Azure
