Don't backup the world database. Store all your custom content in a .sql file and just don't do that one.

By the way if you know, i tried to understand what data can be save beside donjuns reinit that are potentyly kept in world that can be usefull store frequently ?

Well, anything important shouldn't be saved in the world database, any changes to the world database should be stored in a .sql file. Importing it is what the worldserver does in case you need to reset it or lose the data. It's honestly a complete waste of data. Sure, if you really want to save data from the world database, one example that comes to mind is the disables table for the ah bot, you could just export that one manually whenever you make changes.

You can run backups on the world database if you absolutely need to, just less frequent. It's just not something anyone here would encourage. I could also recommend storing it somewhere safe and not just locally on the server itself. I personally upload to MEGA whenever I run a backup so there's no way I would lose it.
