Trying to get Horde to understand alliance language and vice versa and kinda running into a wall. Here are the changes I've made so if you see something maybe I missed, would appreciate it!
- All characters know all languages via setting raceMask in playercreateinfo_skills to 1791 for the 10 base languages
- Updated the SkillRaceClassInfo.dbc to have raceMask 2147483647 and ClassMask to be 262111 for the 10 SkillID that corresponded to KNOWING the language
-Removed the SkillRaceClassInfo.dbc entries that had the opposing races to prevent "not" knowing the language
-Exported the dbc changes to an MPQ and added that to client directory
-Rebuilt server with new dbc in data directory
-Dropped all cache directories in client
Issue is I still can walk up to someone and only interperet gibberish or if an NPC is walking by and says something on broadcast I can't understand it. Anyone gotten thsi working before that maybe sees a dbc/table/something I'm missing?

Nah this is more the creature is already speaking common, show the npc_text and such as lang0=7 for common, they walk by and I get the "jargon" and it says [common] in front. I feel like it's a client issue but not sure how to resolve it since I've exported any DBC i tweaked as an MPQ and know that's loading due to other DBC mods included in that MPQ. Issue is from what I can tell I "know" the language but still cant read it:

I mean I guess I can change all LanguageID to the same thing, but was hopping to be a bit less hamfisted in the approach and wanting to just learn the languages instead lol
