The core should be started in its install folder alongside the config folder

Then you build the core and when you run the INSTALL project in VS the core and default config files will be copied in the install folder

You make then copies of .conf.dist files in .conf and customize what you want.
Then you run the SQL preparation script for the base and finally you start the core that will apply needed scripts
