It should be that 10% rotate every minute. I'm not at home so I can't look at the code to confirm it right now.

i assumed as muchg cause changing it to 100% didnt result in every bot being active at once

I mean they're logged in. They walk around inns and major cities way too much though.

They also see invisible gms which can be frustrating since you watching them they often stop and run up to you and follow you a bit.
