Way more than you're using. uint(10) should be 4294967295.

Also, if mysql had an issue with it it wouldn't let you input it - it's the core that has.

Maybe use a smaller value and try. I never saw an npc with that guid or that entry.
Such a high value is not necessary. Check the latest ones to have a reference for each table.
