Technically you could. But you would have to create the client or edit it, add textures, create maps, in short. The emulator should be compatible, although it requires some game client structures, such as dbc for example. What yes, it would be a huge job. If I were you, I would create a project with Unreal Engine, or another game engine, and at most, I would check if part of the emulator code can be used to model the behavior of any of the characteristics of your game.
