If you have access to the server and it is running the same core theoretically it is possible as the character data is just columns in tables and there is a dump command to get the character data.

yeah its all there still intact, 2-3 months old perhaps but there wasnt any groundbreaking update that would render what i have useless ?

2-3 months old, I would just try it but most of the updates I see are more for world content not changing character table schemas.

I have not used this command myself but there is a gm command called pdump write that will export a character to a file then you can use pdump load to add it.
