I don't know about any progression module, I highly doubt that could cause issues like that to appear, but the transmog possibly could. I don't know how it works exactly but it does weird shit.

I don't know, you could try removing all modules you have and compile a clean core to see if it still happens.

At least you'd know if it's a module doing it or not. The best place to start is always that, if nothing else to eliminate a module as the culprit.
