i would ask once more if u are sure that u got correct ip bcs local ips typically go 192.168 and ur doesnt which may be just unusual but statistically u are looking at wrong ip

Yeah, I'm used to seeing the typical 192 format as well, but by every metric I've used, my IP is in the `98.xxx.xxx.6` format

u could also check in windows since it would be on same router it should be same range
