u are connecting from different network client so for that u need to use ip of server in realmlist table and then in client realmlist

Cool, I have both my realmlist DB table and my client realmlist set to my local IP address (98.xxx.xxx.6)

And my authserver terminal confirmed somewhat that my server is up and running on that local IP address
it says

Added realm "AzerothCore" at 98.xxx.xxx.6:8085.
```
