Im pretty sure this is not ment to be adjusted on the database, i know there is a file on the source where you change this things i just dont remember whats the file name and i cant find it been looking for hours now lol

Its a file where you gotta edit for instance "game master" to administrator and so on and that way you change the permissions of the said ranks
