I don't know if the version of MySQL may have something to do with this case. Because it is a yellow message (warning), not red (danger). However, consider just in case, update it to version 8. I have to update OpenSSL, because I am using version 1.1.x, and I should be using 3.x. Also remember that in the wiki, you have some links that can help you, and that may be addressing the topic.

I think the commit does not match, as does the date.

The commit looks different because it is from its own branch. There are 0 differences in the branches. Before the new year there were no problems, after it was updated and now the situation is like this, now I just returned to the search for its solution.
