There's no SQL in this repo. The Readme saying this uses the boilerplate from the skeleton module.

If you are trying to essentially "copy" items in SQL with a new ID you can do an INSERT with a SELECT instead of "Values".
So something like :
`
insert into item_Template (name,displayid,quality,flags)
select name,displayid,quality,flags
from item_template
where entry between 1 and 100
`
