is it somehow possible to create a creature_loot_template with * for creature, so that all creatures can drop lovely charms?

Hello everyone, I'm having trouble connecting my client to the authentication servers. Is the choice of client crucial? Or should I look into the server side? (For your information: installation on DigitalOcean droplets, Ubuntu 20.04, via the Bash method) Thks
