So yes, after a restart I can see some things did change like getting the double talents on each level. But the other changes in worldserver.conf did not get picked up like a guild starting with the bank tabs or the bank tab cost. This isn't a "for guilds moving forward" thing is it? Again just wondering if there is somehwere I'm missing an additional thing needs to be tweaked. Just figured if there was there'd be a note about it in the .conf like "also update the table X in Y"

Then you're grabbing the wrong thing or doing it wrong. Don't try to use the source but instead grab the installer. I know those versions work fine so it's something you're doing.
