my rules are:
- if you die, you can only be revived by an outside force (another player, the val'kyr during the dk prologue, a soulstone)
- clicking "resurrect now" over your dead body will NOT revive you
- dying in a dungeon and re-entering it as a ghost will NOT revive you
- dying by falling out of the world will NOT revive you and leave you stuck as a ghost at the nearest graveyard
