I've had a few issues that prevented me from continuing certain quests, like credit not triggering or something along those lines, but other than that it's mostly cosmetic issues - the loot bug is one of them (stuck in the looting animation) and another one is trying to take the ride from Dalaran to the icecrown airship and the thing you ride has a fit before actually getting there.
