A modern i7 is easily capable of handling way more than 3 players.

lol, i'm not idea how ti finger out the issue's root cause. maybe there are some setting was wrong in worldserv.conf

i mean 6.5% utilization isnt much at all but it still shouldnt be that high with 3 ppl so i suspect either some weird module or custom code and/or with combination with loaded waypoints
