The way i read this, it will check after 12 seconds if the creature is in combat as has the spell 48788 available.

You can test the functionality with prints.
E.g.
```lua
print('IsInCombat')
```
after line 37 or
```lua
print('12Sec Timer happened')
```
after line 40 to make sure this happens at all.

Fixed it one of the stats was tiny int and the guy creating the item didn't restart instead tried to breload
