yeah, you probably want to delete mod-challenge-modes if you are using the HardMode module because they will not work well with each other

yeah, then after you do that you need to create your hardmode using the hardmode editor

1. Clone HardMode into your azerothcore-wotlk/modules folder.
2. Re-run cmake
3. Recompile azerothcore
4. Start your server up to execute the installation queries for HardMode
5. Go to the hardmode editor and create a mode.
6. Import the SQL you got from the editor into your world database.
7. Run `.config reload` in your world server to load the mode into the hardmode gameobject.
8. Go in-game and check to see if the mode is there.

So where the start zones are for the players it will be a gameobject spawned and they can choose Hardcore start.
