evening y'all. I'm doing the build from the above video and when opening the task in VisualStudio the word bubble in the lower left hand corner is still showing background tasks running. It states "indexing files in AzerothCore. Enables faster find operations" its been running for over 30 minutes. Is it safe to stop this somehow?

Just literally ignore it, it does its own thing in the background, just build the source like normal
