i know chromiecraft lowered bg xp by 50% so it'd be neat if this was shared somewhere

Need to say that i created acc and set it lvl 3, and then just created a char where i never logged in

That's completely wrong information.
But you can look at the worldserver conf for the settings you need anyway.
