After it's handed you off to the worldserver authserver can be closed and you won't know the difference. It's just that step, you can't reach the worldserver

I made rules for auth and world in firewall in windows that the server is on. Also I made 2 rules for port 3724 and port 8085 in the firewall as well. Made the required port forwarding rules in my gateway.

If you're connecting locally only, having the LAN IP in the address field and localAddress set to 127.0.0.1 is fine.
